What To Expect

We pride ourselves on customer service and the thoroughness of our inspections.  We strongly encourage prospective buyers to accompany us during the inspection, ask questions, and above all become familiar with their new abode.  The inspection will typically take approximately 2 to 4 hours depending on size, age, and complexity.  When the inspection is complete, the inspector will provide a synopsis of the findings and generate a comprehensive report with color photos.  Additional services, if requested, may be detailed in separate reports and delivered via email upon completion of the testing protocols and/or receipt of independent lab analysis after the initial inspection.

*Identifying blockages, tree root intrusion, or damaged, separated, crushed sewer service laterals can prevent costly backups.  Since a sewer line replacement can range from $3,000 to $25,000 depending on distance, depth, complexity (think driveways, walkways, and trees or other vegetation) it is advisable to have the sewer line inspected from the house to the sewer connection or sewer tap especially for homes constructed before 1980.
